  • Account Information — Name, email address, and password when you create an account.
  • Biometric & Health Data — EMG muscle activation data, IMU motion data, heart rate variability (HRV), sleep metrics, and other physiological data collected through NoLimit Shorts and integrated devices (Oura, WHOOP, Apple Health).
  • Usage Data — App interactions, session logs, feature usage, device type, operating system, and crash reports.
  • Payment Information — Billing details processed through our third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers.
  • Communications — Messages you send to us via email or in-app support.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Services, including AI coaching and performance analytics.
  • Generate personalized training insights, recovery recommendations, and injury risk assessments.
  • Process transactions and send related notifications.
  • Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.
  • Conduct research and development to improve our algorithms and products (using anonymized, aggregated data only).
  • Comply with legal obligations.

3. Biometric Data

We treat biometric and health data with the highest level of care. This data is:

  • Encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).
  • Never sold to third parties.
  • Never used for advertising or marketing purposes.
  • Only shared with third parties when explicitly authorized by you (e.g., coach sharing, data exports).

4. Third-Party Integrations

When you connect third-party services (Oura, WHOOP, Apple Health), we access only the data categories you authorize. You can revoke access at any time through the NoLimit app or the third-party service's settings.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

  • Service Providers — Cloud hosting, analytics, and payment processing partners who operate under strict data protection agreements.
  • Legal Requirements — When required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of NoLimit, our users, or the public.
  • Business Transfers — In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to affected users.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. You may request deletion of your data at any time. See our Account Deletion page for instructions. Upon account deletion, personal data is purged within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
  • Export your data in a portable format (CSV export available in-app).
  • Withdraw consent for data processing.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing activities.
