Account & Data Deletion

You can permanently delete your NoLimit account and all associated data directly from the app. Follow the steps below.

How to Delete Your Account

  1. Open the NoLimit app on your phone and log in to your account.
  2. Go to Settings — tap the profile icon in the top-right corner, then tap Settings.
  3. Tap "Delete Account" — scroll to the bottom of the Settings screen and tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm deletion — you will be asked to confirm. Enter your password and tap Delete My Account to proceed.

This action is permanent. Once your account is deleted, all your data — including biometric history, training sessions, AI coach conversations, and integrations — will be permanently removed within 30 days and cannot be recovered.

What Gets Deleted

  • Your account profile and credentials.
  • All EMG, IMU, and biometric data collected through NoLimit Shorts.
  • Training session history and performance analytics.
  • AI coach conversation history and personalized models.
  • Connected third-party integrations (Oura, WHOOP, Apple Health links).
  • Payment and billing records (except where retention is required by law).

What We May Retain

In limited cases, we may retain certain data as required by applicable law, such as transaction records for tax or accounting purposes. Any retained data is anonymized where possible and stored securely.
